What sets you apart from other photographers?
The experience! I can not speak for other professionals but for myself as a passionate portraiture. I consider photographing your legacy an honor and treat it as such.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
A $500.00 retainer & signed contract is required in order to reserve your wedding on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is divided into monthly payments. Your total balance needs to be paid 1 month prior to your wedding date.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes I sure do! Im currently based out deep south Texas in Edinburg, Tx, but open to travel.
Will there be a second shooter?
All packages include a primary single photographer. If you are needing a second shooter to cover more of your event, one can be available to you for an additional fee.
When should I schedule my engagement session?
All collections come with an engagement session. It is recommended to book your session as soon as you book to give the photographer turn around time and for yourself if your are planning to use the photos for save the date announcements or wedding invitations. Invitations typically are sent out 6 month in advance & save the date announcements are 8 months from your wedding date.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes! Extra time, if available, is always welcome if needed. For optimal client satisfaction please keep in mind planning and scheduling ahead of time is key!
What is my turn around time for portraits?
Depending on client volume, usually between 4 -6 weeks. Please allow the photographer 2 weeks before inquiring for updates. It is based off first come first serve basis. If available, I do offer same day/ next day delivery for a $300 additional fee.
Will we get the print release to our photos after our wedding?
Yes! When receiving your images, you will also get a full print release.
Will you Photoshop my images to hide any imperfections, wrinkles, etc?
Minor edits will be made to all of your images, such as lighting, cropping & angles. I do believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique. If there is specific retouching you want, you can always purchase at an additional fee.
Do I have to order prints through you?
It is recommend to get your prints though a professional lab to preserve on image quality. I provide that service here on my site.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use Nikon. My primary camera is a Nikon D780, perfect for event and portraits. I switch of between several lenses and soft boxes to achieve a desired portrait look. 24 mm, 50 mm, 105 mm & and 24 - 70 mm. I also use of camera flash, AD 200 and a 24" and 36" soft box.
Will my photos be posted publicly on your site or social media?
I respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. I’d love to show case your portraits!
